Umpiring

We can’t have baseball games without umpires. Help the kids and make money while doing it. Contact our umpire coordinator if you are interested in umpiring for Cal Ripken and/or Babe Ruth League.

We have trainings at the beginning of each season, as well as videos below to help get you started.

Cal Ripken - New Umpires

  • Behind the plate umpires (need to be high school or older) - $50/game

  • Field umpires (13 or older) - $25/game

Cal Ripken - Returning Umpires

  • Behind the plate umpires (need to be high school or older) - $60/game

  • Field umpires (13 or older) - $35/game

Babe Ruth - New Umpires

  • Behind the plate umpires (need to be 18 or older) - $65/game

  • Field umpires (need to be high school or older) - $40/game

Babe Ruth - Returning Umpires

  • Behind the plate umpires (need to be 18 or older) - $75/game

  • Field umpires (need to be high school or older) - $50/game
