For first time infractions, the coach will be warned.
For blatant or subsequent infractions, the following will be enforced:
If a non-compliant team wins the game, it will be recorded as a loss in league statistics to determine seeding for end of season local tournament.
If that team loses the game, it will be counted as two losses, for seeding purposes. (It will in effect negate one win).
Any violations of the pitching regulations shall be reported to the Babe Ruth League Vice President.
